Yoga with Emma obtains information from you via email and via our student questionnaire. The personal information we collect might include your name, address, email address, emergency contact details, and relevant health or fitness information.

If a class needs to be cancelled or in the case of an emergency, we are likely to use your phone number or emergency contact details. It is unlikely we would use your postal address to contact you; this would only be if we had failed to reach you in another way. Information about health and medical conditions may be used so that classes are taught safely and with the specific needs of individuals in mind; we appreciate that this is sensitive data, and believe that the legitimate interests of instructor and student are served by holding this data.

We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as is necessary for the relevant activity.
